Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the seller UAB Sena svirtis, company code 305533980, registered address Januškoniai, LT-82295, Lithuania, email info@yurgalampshades.com (the "Seller"), and the buyer (the "Buyer") when purchasing goods in the online store yurgalampshades.com.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

1.3. The Seller may amend the Terms; the version in force at the time the order is placed applies.

2. Goods and prices

2.1. The goods sold are handmade lampshades and related items. As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour or texture from the photographs are possible. The price includes the lampshade only — the lamp stand, bulb and other items visible in the photos are not included unless stated otherwise in the product description.

2.2. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Any delivery charge is shown separately before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

3.1. The Buyer places an order by selecting goods and providing delivery and contact details.

3.2. The contract is concluded when the Buyer places the order and receives the Seller’s confirmation by email.

4. Payment

4.1. Goods are paid for using the methods shown at checkout (payment card or online banking via Paysera, or bank transfer). The order is processed once payment is received.

5. Delivery

5.1. Orders are dispatched within 2–7 working days of receiving payment. The Seller notifies the Buyer of dispatch by email.

5.2. Shipping cost: Baltic states – €9.90, the European Union – €24.90; outside the EU, please contact us via the form. Delivery takes 2–7 working days by courier or to a parcel locker.

5.3. The Buyer must provide correct delivery details. The Seller is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect details provided by the Buyer.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

6.1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by notifying info@yurgalampshades.com.

6.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The direct cost of return is borne by the Buyer unless agreed otherwise.

6.3. Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the goods are returned.

6.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Buyer’s individual specifications (Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

7. Quality and warranty

7.1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods. In case of a defect, the Buyer may contact the Seller within the period set by law (no less than 2 years).

8. Liability

8.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Final provisions

10.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation. Failing agreement, a consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or via the EU online dispute resolution platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
